The staff were attentive, making my experience pleasant despite a hiccup with the bed arrangement, which was swiftly resolved. The location was perfect for easy city access and nearby parks, and the swimming pool amenities added to our relaxation, making family time enjoyable. a lovely night with no major issues!

I had a fantastic stay, with a spacious room that offered great value for money. The location was super convenient, right above a Kmart and surrounded by various dining options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in catering to my needs.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety in healthy options.

Just wrapped up a week at PARKROYAL in Clayton. The view from our room was fine, and the location in M-City made shopping super easy. Sure, the TV casting didn’t work, but we spent most of our time out exploring. Definitely coming back!

A mini-bar devoid of even a bottle of water reminded me of a missed opportunity.
